The loud neighbors kept us awake, and the bathroom had a leak from the ceiling, ruining our night. The second room was better, but overall, we left unsatisfied with our experience.

I appreciated the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of the Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Gallup, Pet Friendly. The staff made it easy for me to navigate the area, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

We needed a quick stay with our two cats, and this place was just right! Super friendly staff helped us feel welcome, and the room was comfy with good AC. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more options. Overall, a solid stop for anyone traveling with pets.

the microtel was clean and the front desk staff were super friendly. it has a good location for travelers, close to the interstate and nearby restaurants. the complimentary breakfast included tasty waffles that I enjoyed.

We had a great stay with our kids! The room was spacious and cozy, giving us plenty of space to play. The beds were comfy with nice pillow-top mattresses, and the free breakfast offered waffles, which our little ones loved. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We had a pleasant stay with our three teenagers. The hotel was a great stop-off during our travels and offered convenient access to the nearby Gallup Cultural Center. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more grassy areas for the dogs to play. The lack of outdoor space made it a bit challenging, especially for our pets during our stay.

So last month, I stayed in this hotel for a night and let me tell ya, the bed was super comfortable! The staff, friendly and accommodating, really made the stay worth it.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the comfort it provided, it was still worth it.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, but

the room had a lingering smoke smell that was quite off-putting. However, the beds were comfortable and the staff was quick to offer replacements for any issues. I appreciated their effort to resolve my concerns promptly.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my one-night stay, and I really enjoyed the cozy seating area. I took advantage of the nice pool and hot tub for some relaxation. Just a heads-up, it would have been nice to have a couple more towels since there were only two for three of us. 🛁

a bit worn out but the waffles at breakfast were too good! ! the room was super clean and had a nice mini fridge. staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions. 😄
